Warranty

-At Deadman Design Co., we take pride in making tools built to endure. That’s why every product we make is backed by our lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. If your item fails due to a defect in materials or construction, we’ll repair it or replace it—simple as that.
-This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. It also excludes normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that doesn’t impact performance, such as scratches, scuffs, or finish wear.
-You do not need proof of purchase to file a claim but, we will need to inspect the product for authenticity and confirm the issue qualifies under the warranty. If the product that you are submitting a claim for is no longer an active product, in the event parts can not be acquired to repair the product we may offer replacing with current model if the warranty claim is approved.
-If your product malfunctions or fails in any way, stop using it immediately. Continued use could result in injury or further damage. To begin a warranty claim, email us at madi@deadmandesign.com with a description of the issue and photos of the malfunction if possible. We’ll take it from there.
