2. Knives Are Sharp

Knives sold by Deadman Design Co. are precision cutting tools. All knives are inherently sharp and capable of causing serious injury. Improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow basic safety practices may result in injury or property damage. Always handle knives with care and use them only for their intended purpose.

3. User Responsibility

By purchasing and using any product sold by Deadman Design Co., you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for determining the suitability of the product for your intended use and for ensuring proper handling, storage, and maintenance. Products must be kept out of reach of children and unauthorized individuals.

4. Modification & Warranty Void

Any modification, disassembly, alteration, or unauthorized repair of a Deadman Design Co. product voids all warranties. Modified products may no longer operate as originally designed and may create unsafe conditions, increasing the risk of injury or failure. Deadman Design Co. is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from modified products.

5. Discontinue Use if Unsafe

If any product becomes damaged, defective, loose, malfunctioning, or otherwise unsafe, discontinue use immediately. Do not attempt to continue using or modifying a compromised product. Contact Deadman Design Co. for inspection, warranty evaluation, or service guidance.

6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using Deadman Design Co. products, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of tools and everyday carry equipment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deadman Design Co. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to misuse, negligence, improper handling, modification, failure to follow safety practices, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.

7. Legal Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, carry, and use of any product. Deadman Design Co. makes no representation or warranty that its products are legal to carry or use in all jurisdictions.

8. Warranty Limitation

All products are sold “as is” except as expressly provided under Deadman Design Co.’s written warranty policy. No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
